On the 5th of november, we are attending the award ceremony of the famous Effie Awards. Our campaign titled 40 jaar Glasbak – Lekker bezig is one of the nominees in the category Social Impact.
The Effie Awards are the most prestigious international awards for effective marketing. From its headquarters in New York, the awards are handed out in over 30 countries worldwide. In the Netherlands, The Effie Awards consist of four categories: behaviour long, behaviour short, social impact and brand. There is also an extra award for innovative marketing strategies that show guts: the LEFfie.
Studio Lernert & Sander for Nedvang
In 2018, Arttenders ran the ‘40 jaar Glasbak – Lekker Bezig!’ campaign for Nedvang, This company registers and encourages the collection and recycling of all packaging waste in the Netherlands.
Arttenders collaborated with Studio Lernert & Sander to celebrate 40 years of successful glass recycling in the Netherlands. They decided not to spend the full marketing budget on a classic advertisement campaign. Lernert & Sander chose to work with De Jeugd van Tegenwoordig. This collaboration resulted in a catchy song plus music video that reached way further than any other campaign could have reached.
Last year, the same campaign already won the silver Grand Prix Content Marketing Award in the category Not for Profit.
